APM (Agile Project Management) Agile Project Management provides two PMLC models- Iterative and Adaptive. Utilization or application of one of these models is contingent upon the complexity of the solution that is being sought to compliment the project goal which is clearly defined. APM- gives you the flexibility over traditional project management. TPM- ( Traditional Project Management ) projects , this allows for more client collaboration. It is also change tolerant. Further, it provides opportunities for discovery and learning, while the project is on going. APM- allows for more " business value " to be experienced by the client.
